Community Relations

who we are

Dolese Bros. Co. employees are stewards of a long-standing independent construction materials business that supplies the foundational products used to construct and grow our communities. Our patriarch, Roger Dolese, believed we should always conduct ourselves for the betterment of the community.

MISSION

It is our mission to improve our communities through our products, actions, and support. The communities we serve (teammates, customers, neighbors, vendors, regulators, etc.) must be positively impacted by the products we supply, the actions we take in producing and delivering them profitably, and the time, materials, and finances we are able to provide.

ENGAGEMENT

We enjoy engaging with our communities at events such as our “Rock the Block” free construction industry touch-a-truck or the Quarry Run Challenge we do at our Richards Spur quarry near Lawton with the 30th Air Defense Artillery unit from Fort Sill. You will also find our trucks out and about in many communities at local touch-a-truck events and even parades.

TOURS

We enjoy showing off our facilities, sharing our story, and teaching people about our industry. Our focus is on kids. We partner with local school districts and provide tours for their entire classes. We provide tours to many other groups from Cub Scouts, pre-engineering students, Architecture students, Geology students. We also provide access to other community organizations such as Leadership Murray County, Rotary, industry groups, legislators, and local elected officials.

VOLUNTEERING

Dolese has more than 1,000 employees making a difference in their communities. For many years, we have been active volunteers donating for the Oklahoma Blood Institute most recently holding three drives per year. We have also been active volunteers for the Regional Food Bank, Memorial Marathon, and the Festival of the Arts.

DONATIONS

Dolese is very proud of the organizations we donate to, such as the United Way. Our United Way contributions support all the communities we serve. For a number of years now, we have focused support for those in need through the Regional Food Bank and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma in Tulsa. We also provide numerous in-kind donations of our products and even trucks. Every year we try to donate a few of our used concrete truck chassis to rural volunteer fire departments. We even donated a working concrete mixer truck to the Oklahoma State Institute of Technology at Okmulgee for their diesel mechanics program. We have also provided numerous donations of our concrete, aggregates, and/or block to benefit community-minded projects.

Donation Request

If you would like to request assistance with a project that benefits the community, please let us know. As part of helping Dolese celebrate the great things happening in our communities, we ask that anyone wishing to request assistance through our Community Engagement Program complete this form.
